Ich weise keine Krankheitssymptome auf und habe mich nicht in einem Gebiet aufgehalten, das durch das Robert Koch-Institut (RKI) aktuell als Risikogebiet ausgewiesen ist bzw. es sind 14 Tage seit Rückkehr aus diesem Risikogebiet vergangen. Ich habe keine Krankheitssymptome gezeigt. (lt. rki.de) Im Falle einer nachgewiesenen Ansteckung während meines Aufenthalts trete ich unverzüglich die Rückreise nach Maßgabe des zuständigen Gesundheitsamts auf eigene Kosten und unter eigener Organisation an.
